Debra Hicks is the president of DRH Retirement Solutions (formerly Hicks & Associates Insurance Services), Inc. located in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and has been an established business owner in the insurance industry since 2003. Her business has been accredited with the BBB since 2006. She is also a member of the National Association of Ethics. Debra is a “Safe Money Strategist” and has helped hundreds of individuals, families and small businesses with Retirement planning, Annuities, Life Insurance with Living Benefits, Tax-free Retirement and College Funding with insurance based products. I use education as a tool. My philosophy has always been “Knowledge Is Power”. She has been the guest speaker on numerous occasions while networking and promoting different women’s groups as well as educating women on the topic of money. She also is an instructor for Adult Financial Education Services as well as being published in Fortune.com. Before her career in insurance, Debra spent eleven years as an Executive Recruiter in the Hi-Tech Sales and Marketing arena where she developed and built relationships with both clients and prospects around the country.

Serving Her Community

Since 2009 Debra has been volunteering with DuPage PADS on the “Mission to End Homelessness” in DuPage County. She has worked as the coordinator of both the silent and live auctions for the annual “Taste of Hope” event, which is the largest fund raiser of the year When she is not working, she loves to go boating, play golf, travel, try new restaurants and loves to entertain. Debra lives in Glen Ellyn with her husband Russell. Most importantly, Debra’s mission is to help you avoid losing money in the Wall Street Casino, and instead help you to build your wealth safely and securely. Regardless of your financial situation, Debra can help you get on the path to financial freedom and sleep well at night.
